There are a few hacks that native English speakers naturally use to speak faster, but the easiest one to start with is to drag the final consonant to the next word that starts with a vowel.
Examples:
Look at = loo kat Loo kat Sara!
Think about = thin kabout I need to thin kabout it some more.
Drink a lot = drin ka lot Make sure to drin ka lodda water to stay healthy.
