What am I going to learn in Level 1?
The Level one course will prepare you for real-world English by focusing on the most critical sounds of English. Those are the sounds that cause confusion when mispronounced. Most English learners are unaware of these important details of pronunciation. But you, after taking this course, will know how to avoid those mistakes. You will learn major consonant sounds, commonly confused vowels that are a priority for clear communication, and more.

The focus of this Level one is to raise your awareness of sounds, rhythm, and intonation of American English. Using these tools will put you in control of your English. We combine theory and practice that pushes you out of your comfort zone and makes you feel comfortable and confident with your own voice when speaking English. As a bonus, your listening skills will improve as well. This is a safe space where you can learn to speak with a natural accent step- by- step, improve your pronunciation, and gain a positive mindset about your English.
What will I get in Level 2?
The Level two course is for those who want to sound more like a native English speaker So, you will discover intonation patterns that are unique to the American accent. In addition, you will learn how to overcome feelings of self-judgment and perfectionism that hinder you from getting over “The English Plateau”. That means you’ll not only receive accent training, but you’ll acquire the fluency mindset.

The Level two course focuses on the nuances of pronunciation to help you speak naturally and comfortably. Since you already have a good level of English, now you need to obtain public speaking techniques. Those will help you not only speak accurately, but also to have a voice that allows you to convey your message clearly and powerfully. The interactive weekly homework helps you tackle mindset challenges and leaves you feeling confident in English.

FAQs
> How much time is involved?
Of course you are busy and there are important things to do, so English may feel like a luxury. But if you keep putting it on the bottom of your priority list, how will you get results? Maybe you think it takes three hours per day to master a language, but you’d be surprised at what a concise, effective ten minute practice each day does for you. Match that with one class per week and you’ll feel successful!
> Is my English good enough for a group?
You want to shift your level to sound fluent, clear, and confident. Accent training groups are the place to practice so you feel natural in real life. A group class is the place to make that change. If you are still unsure, sign up for an accent evaluation to identify your level.
> What if I can’t attend all live group sessions?
Don’t worry about it. Life is busy. If you know that you can’t make all sessions before you pay, we will give you a discount. If you need to miss a session after you have paid, then you can make the class up by watching the recording and using the PDF resources sent to your email.
> How does it work?

> What happens if I miss a class?
Don’t worry! We recommend that you try to attend all live sessions, but life happens. You will receive a recording of the class and materials will be available to you. Also the 4th week of Pronuniation Power Level 2 is a live session to get extra help if you feel behind.
> Can I take both groups?
Yes. Most student do their best when they take level one and then take level two.
> Will there be homework?
During the class, you will receive lots of material and practice tips. After the class, the material will become available to you. You have clear homework worksheets accompanied with audio that to practice each day for 10-15 minutes between classes. Although it is optional, the most successful students are the ones who do their homework. Homework corrections are available in Level Two.
> I want personalized instruction.
You'll be given some personalized help in the group class, but if you want more than that, please check out 1:1 classes or start with an accent evaluation.
> How will the class be taught?
Our classes are student-focused. You will have plenty of speaking practice. Your coach will teach you the sounds, mouth mechanics, and IPA of each sound learned and will provide activities to put it into practice. Expect interaction with other students as well.
> I want more than one class per week.
You may mix group classes with 1:1 classes.
